What is the production timeline?

The product lead time is up to 8 weeks.

What materials are used in this furniture line, and how do they contribute to sustainability?

This collection is made with recycled and recyclable glass fiber-filled PETG, compostable PLA filled with organic material from wood waste & coffee grounds, and Garett Leather finishes made from sustainable Italian leather.

The planters are 100% recyclable, and the seats are 99% recyclable (*the 1% difference is due to the leather cushion's filling).

Can the designs be customized in colors different than your material options?

Yes, colors can be custom color-matched. There is a color-match fee and a longer lead time.

Are the materials suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?

The PETG materials can be used indoors or outdoors. The compostable PLA prints can degrade over the years if left outside; we recommend using them inside only.

Are the planters waterproof?

The planters are incredibly durable and water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend using a liner and not planting directly in the planters.

We recommend using a self-watering planter liner like this or your preferred liner. The Small planters use liners up to a 12.5” diameter liner, and the Medium, Large, and Large Tall Planters use up to a 15.75” diameter liner.

Can you help me understand the value of the RFID?

We implement material traceability by using privacy-protected tags in our products. Each tag has a unique serial number and web link connected to a cloud API called Haddy InsideTM. At its core, Haddy InsideTM facilitates product recycling, allowing us to repurpose materials for new creations. Additionally, it serves as a channel for user engagement, from information like wifi passwords and maps in public spaces to new product updates and discounts for retail partners.
